| Confessions of a first-time clubber. |
Disclaimer: this is just my opinion, go ahead and club all u want.
The Good:
- i guess it's a good place to let loose n chill out.
- the music is a blast.heart-thumping loud n most are popular hip-hop hits.
- girls can strut their stuff.
- guys can try their luck at getting a phone no or more than they ask for.
- ever heard of the term 'grinding?' boys love it.
- everyone gets to look at nice people.
- u prolly wun get caught looking at/touching others.too dark.too loud.too distracting.
- heard tt the feeling of getting drunk is damn song damn high.makes u feel like dancing.
- den again,when someone is drunk.anything goes.
The Bad:
- u're never alone.ppl are prolly looking/staring at ya.
- ppl are prolly laughing at the way u're dancing.
- i dun like tt type of music.
rapping i prefer matisyahu,sampling skills i prefer dj shadows and the prodigy man.haha.the dj in clubs are just playing sleazy fan favs back to back.oh well.
clubbers go dancefloor, i go moshpit.at least we moshers got decency to stop n help each other up when someone goes down.the guys n gals (total strangers!) go ahead touching each other w/o a sense of disgust or humilation.free public molesting i whud say.
- ever heard of the term 'wasted' n 'hangover'?u prolly have no qualms abt spending more on drinks when u're feeling tipsy.well,u'll prolly be in a semi-conscious state,u noe wad u're doing, just tt u can't really control urself.worse still, u get bounced after spending $20 bucks to get in.(still much much cheaper than risking getting thrown out by security after ramming down steel barrier after slipknot concert) den u may just lay drunk on the floor n puke over urself (niceeeeeee.but i m serious abt this) yikes.
- n u noe wad's the no.1 worse thing? seeing a cute gal on the dance floor doing all the raunchy dance moves.quite akin to seeing a gal u have a crush on suddenly taking a puff.a no-no man.
