haha.wad a place to be.
"in the heartland of Hougang, where lil children follow their parents to the family arcade on a typical sunday noon, they were traumatised by frightening 'creatures of the black' loitering outside the pub next door'
hahahaha.kk.tt's too evil.haha.metalheads are nort evil ppl.haha.
anw,yea.i m nort joking kk.the gig was held at a pub IN hougang mall.somewhere called 'Celebrations' on level 4.yea.most guys (and gals) were donned in black or band shirts as usual.some leather suits here n there.and some mohawks to spike up the atmosphere.haha.
1st time into a pub/club.was kinda smoky.quickly found some empty seats and sat down to watch the gig.aikchuan n kev were there as well.1st band was more rock den metal i tot.den the next band came up and blew us away.damn solid.heavy/fast riffing n insane solos.drumming was sick oso.haha.they played really well n managed to get the crowd on a high.haha.they played 'raining blood' by slayer fer encore n the crowd went wild, ppl rushed down to the dancefloor (it's more a club i guess) and were moshing n headbanging their hearts out.
we got one free drink per ticket ($10).haha.so was looking thru the drink list.snowball.vodka.long island.corona.hahaha.didn't noe wad to do.den the waiter told us only got coke/spirte.hahahhaaha.du-tiao.but i guess cos there was no age limit to the gig,smoking/alcohol was nort allowed
on the whole.yea.quite a nice feeling to be down there.live n loud.haha.although there weren't any %^$#%^#$%R@ good bands.doesn't mean tt the bands who played were nort all tt bad either.haha.big diff btw this and the audition i had yest :P anw.goes to show one thing. METAL Not Dead in Singapore~!!!! \m/
